WHAT IS THE ORDER OF LITTLE SOULS?
A religious institute of contemplative sisters with a mandated mission to make Jesus better known and loved, through its prayerful life in the true spirit of littleness.

WHO FOUNDED THIS ORDER?
Founded by Marguerite, Messenger of the Lord, in Chevremont, Belgium. She is a Belgian housewife, now 85 years old, who has been receiving messages from the Lord. These messages have been published under the title "Message of Merciful Love to Little Souls," now in some 80 countries with Imprimatur in most of them, including the Philippines, with Imprimatur by His Eminence, Jaime L. Cardinal Sin.

ANY SPECIAL MESSAGES FROM THE LORD?
Many beautiful messages are included in the book of Marguerite, a significant one is the request of the Lord for an Order of Little Souls, "You will form the Order of Little Souls of the Merciful Heart of Jesus." (E.159)

IS THE ORDER IN THE PHILIPPINES?
It is now existing in Tagaytay City, with a Superior designated by Marguerite, Soeur Marie Rose.

WHAT IS A LITTLE SOUL?
A little soul is one with childlike qualities. Such a person could be a child, a grown-up, or any age. A little soul is one who possesses the virtue of littleness.

WHAT IS LITTLENESS?
Littleness is a virtue very dear to the Lord's Heart. In His Message to us through Marguerite, Jesus says, "My Kingdom is established on earth by the practice of littleness. You will find Me only in My very little ones." (I.13)

WHAT IS THE SPIRITUALITY AND THE AIM OF THE ORDER?
The Order of Little Souls of the Merciful Heart of Jesus is a community of contemplative nuns whose aim is to make Jesus better known and loved, in the spirit of true littleness. Several times, Jesus repeated to Marguerite His desire for this order to be formed, with direct instructions, "Make Me known and loved." (H.12). "Your mission is to love Me, to serve Me and make Me loved." (D.33).
